Leagrave Surgery, are working together with other practices in our Primary Care Network (PCN) to deliver the Covid-19 vaccine to patients.
From early January 2021 we will be able to offer the Covid-19 vaccination to patients aged 80 and over who are registered with our group of practices. Eligible patients registered with this practice will be invited to receive the vaccination and this vaccine will be given at:
